The founder of the company, Mr. Antov, started his career in Bulbank, Sofia in 1978. He stayed with the bank until 1991 and for the most part held the position of a Senior Loan Account Manager. Throughout these years he learned the fundamentals and mastered the intricate details of bank credit, while gaining valuable practical experience in financing large production and trade corporations in the fields of transportation, agriculture and heavy industry. In the following years, Mr. Antov held senior positions in Sirbank, FEIB, IBID, where his main duties included credit strategy development and credit policy execution and control.

An important contribution to Mr. Antov's professional development was the year that he spent completing the International Executive Program at the Bank of America, during which he attended various academic and training courses in lending, risk assessment and credit management. Having acquired considerable experience in corporate finance on the investor’s side, he entered the area of business advisory services, aiming to offer the true potential of his knowledge and experience to a wide range of businesses, which at a certain stage of their development find themselves in need of qualified and impartial professional business advice.

The main professional team of the company consists of five consultants, all of whom have earned university degrees in Economics and completed various professional training programs both in Bulgaria and abroad. The firm also maintains a wide array of consultants, including experts in technology, law and other fields, whose assistance is available upon request.
